job security if not on project no appraisal since 2 years you won't even get language allowance and other allowance if you are on notice period even if you are working till last day old technology no appreciation or benefits to employees who bring money to company but when you open LinkedIn you will see HRs giving each other special awards and every month they have some events planned for themselves
