Nothing positive about Fort Health Care

Cons

Management was horrible, managers talk down to you as well as the nursing staff and physicians. Losing good people and managers all the time. Should have been a Red Flag for me. Nursing staff can get away of swearing in front of Patients.

Lack of raises, no cost of living raise-just an annual across the board raise. Kicked spouses off Health insurance plans, and increased rates.
