Pros
A real great company that empowers its employees. Everyone is able to make specific decisions within the team for example visit a training, buy a new smartphone, notebook. The management has only to be informed and it was never ever declined if it is explained. No hierachy GPTW since 2013 in ITK GPTW Best Employeer in Germany since 2014

the great advantage of empowerment is only a benefit if you are using it
