Pros

Stable work, keeps you busy for the full day, but you can leave it at work at the end of the day. Benefits are good.

Cons

Limited mobility, absolutely no appreciation for CSRs. Bonuses for anyone below the FOS don't exist, and don't ask.

Work experience for a new person to the industry

Cons

Poor training for new hires, condensing leadership, overworking, and a company culture that they try to portray as a highlight of the organization are just a few of the issues. There’s also an excessive number of last-minute Microsoft Teams meetings. This is typical of a corporate company. If you don’t smile ear to ear every day or be a yes man to whatever leadership says, you won’t have a long time in this office. There were many turnoffs, and they let go of the CISO, Director of Technology, managers, and employees all within a month. I didn’t feel like I had job security, and other in the environment was feeling the same way.
