      Great company to work for. They support their employees. Tuition & scholarship programs. Promote within. Daily lunch meal provided.

      Pros

      Good place to work. Mostly a good staffing ratio.

      Cons

      Training could go better, as in tell me what else I need to do aside from giving cares, I know it differs from facility to facility.
