Cons
Hello everyone,
With over two decades of professional experience, I joined Vensysco Technologies at a senior level—only to have one of the most disappointing experiences of my career. I feel it is important to share this review for the benefit of anyone considering an opportunity here.
At first, you may be impressed by a fancy office setup or a lucrative offer, but soon after joining, the reality becomes clear—and it’s far from what was promised.
Here are a few key concerns:
There are no proper timelines or work-life boundaries—you may be expected to work weekends without prior notice.
Salary disbursement is unpredictable and often delayed.
If you're in a client-facing or sales role, you’ll have to use your own money for travel and expenses. Reimbursement claims can remain pending for months.
The leadership team, including Vikash Dubey and Neeraj Kumar, along with the HR Head Shweta Maurya, lacks professionalism and transparency.
HR policies exist on paper only. There is no proper grievance redressal mechanism, and the HR head appears unequipped to handle core HR operations effectively.
The organization seems to run more like a network of personal connections than a professional workplace. Many employees are reportedly friends or relatives of the management.
In my opinion, Vensysco is not a suitable environment for experienced or growth-oriented professionals. Joining here could harm your career trajectory.
If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would. Also, I urge prospective candidates to read through the other reviews carefully—while the negative ones reflect real experiences, the positive ones appear scripted or internally driven.
Proceed with caution.
