Supportive management but struggles with work-life balance - Senior Data Analyst Travelers Employee Review

Great place to work. Team centric, flexible and the support is outstanding

Things can move slow at times.

Travelers gives great benefits for medical and time off. The people on my team and my direct supervisor are great to work with.

Cutting back on employees by implementing more AI strategies, which customers struggle to use. Expecting employees to do more work with the same amount of time. OT used to be offered if we were busy, but now its strongly declined. I have been handling auto claims for Travelers for over 10 years, but I am currently working on getting OUT of the auto department due to how impossible they have made it to keep up with the workload. I will go backwards in my career if it gets me out of the auto department
