There is favoritism and high value for senior employees while new employees are often treated as expendable. Also constant monitoring on the bus and to many on the deck supervisors micromanage drivers making everything toxic. Plus being heavily monitored by the guy overseeing the contract for the university is always an enemy off the driver's. The contractor has no faith in the transdev organization and micromanage them as well.
