Pros
Work at home if you can make your numbers and your supervisor allows it, federal holidays off.
Cons
Favoritism, ableism, racism, sexism, arbitrary rule changes blamed on the Bureau of Labor Statistics when that's not the case, lack of promotion, environment of distrust, unneeded stress in the work atmosphere, "high school"-like rules when it comes to breaks, poor training (both materials and preparation for the job), poor infrastructure, no encouragement of workplace synergy, and just a general feeling of you're a number and not a person.
