      Pros

      If you have experience and an education the work will be a cake walk. Most people have just a certificate, have dropped out of college, or have a degree in unrelated fields. But you will not have any more input on tasks as you as still the new person.

      Cons

      Tier two employees are offered hybrid employment, but that is absolutely not possible in the Tempe office, only to the Phoenix office. There is no management working out of the Tempe office, so there is no body to manage disputes or guide employees. But Tempe is mostly a call center.

      Pros

      There are lots of opportunities to gain experience and take ownership of projects and implementations, and room to specialize the type of work you focus on. The owner and his wife are very sweet and give lots of small gifts and bonuses throughout the year.

      Cons

      The management is not great, as the company is small and demands are high a lot of the time, so it can be hard to get a hold of your superiors much of the time.

      Pros

      The hours are nice 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

      Cons

      The owner is very rude and there are so many things that are undocumented. It makes trying to learn the environment difficult. The owner also likes to belittle people in front of everyone else and is extremely unprofessional. This is by far the worst place I have ever worked in my 20 years of IT work.
