Pros
- Flexible scheduling. - Benefits are amazing! - If you like people, this is a great place because most employees and customers are nice. - Opportunity for growth and development is real but can be costly with time.
Cons
- The pay for low tier positions is below $40,000 so it's a decent job but not something I'd advise to take seriously for anybody out of college/ with a family. - promoting from a team member to a leadership position can take upwards of a year and will require relocation not of your choosing. - I love the brand, but it can be at times a glorified Walmart. - If you know you are lazy, this isn't for you. There is always something to do and this job isn't for anybody just wanting to stand and look cute all day.
