Pros
Caveat: I very well could be biased, and on an outlier of a team within the company, but after having reached out at met others across the company, I'm fairly certain that this review would apply to the entire company. Excellent management, they are super approachable and collaborative. Management at Ping is focused on enabling their teams, and ensuring their successes. The people here really care. Everyone that I have met at Ping is eager to help whenever I have had a question, or any kind of issue. Everyone at the company is extremely driven, which helps the company be a leader in the space and ensures that they will be for years to come. Ping does a great job at enabling their employees to be curious by offering training content and opportunities to learn just about anything within the company. Outside of the work itself Ping provides multiple ERGs that are active in the greater community outside of the company. Outstanding place, that I am grateful to be a part of. The type of place that if I were fired tomorrow, I wouldn't have to go back and update this review, it really is that great!
