Pros

Nothing note worthy to write about

Cons

Old company that is not changing with the times Legal Departments insistence on forcing every employee to present in front of the entire department feels outdated and out of touch with what modern, inclusive workplaces should look like. While it may be framed as “professional development,” in reality it reflects a rigid, one-size-fits-all mindset that ignores how people actually work best today. In an era where companies claim to value inclusivity, flexibility, and employee well-being, mandating high-pressure public presentations for everyone does the opposite. It disregards the fact that people have different communication styles, strengths, and comfort levels. Not everyone needs to be a public speaker to be effective, and pushing that expectation onto all employees sends the message that only certain types of contributions are valued. This approach also creates unnecessary stress and anxiety, which ultimately hurts productivity rather than improving it. Instead of focusing on meaningful work, employees are forced to spend time worrying about performance and perception. That kind of environment doesn’t build confidence—it erodes it. Modern organizations understand that growth comes from support, choice, and adaptability—not forced exposure. Companies that are still clinging to blanket presentation requirements are behind the times, prioritizing outdated ideas of professionalism over what actually helps employees and teams succeed. There is more people that work for the company then parking available so every day is challenge. People often don't even go to lunch because they cant find parking when they return The workplace environment is very outdated the cubicles and desk are very old and outdated. Do your research on Landmark you will be forced to take 4 total courses on weekends that is unpaid the classes are very predatory and traumatizing.

Cons

Holy moly where do even I start? If you end up on the wrong team good luck because you’ll be doing FARRRR beyond your “job description”. The more you move up in this company the more they’ll stress the hell out of you, and you can’t pretend to hide it because that stress rains down to the daily staff running each location. AMs, GMs, ACOs, ect. are even honest about it and that they are exhausted and have strict deadlines to meet. I’ve even known and worked for people who have intentionally demoted themselves due to this. Also I would say the company comes across overall as pretty racist against black ppl. It could just be my location but then again the company claims it promotes diversity and inclusivity- which to an extent is true. I have had both a gay ACO and Latina ACO and work with people from all different backgrounds, disabilities and walks of life ect. BUT you RARELYYYY and I mean IF EVER see Black people in management or higher up positions. Don’t believe me? Go ahead and Panda’s Linked In. You’ll RARELY if EVER see a black ACO or RCO…
