Pros

Money opportunities are huge Development is key for company culture Make your own schedule, kinda Creative/Problem Solving Freedom Make an impact on younger generation of workers

Cons

Culture is an "all in or nothing" mentality, if you don't accept it as 100% then you have to be very careful how you interact in manager and above interactions and meetings. Nothing you do will ever be good enough to please, very few "good job" convos The internal promotion is very dependent upon culture over skill/results. IF your mindset doesnt match your higher ups or the company values perfectly, you will have to keep "developing" until it does match. Everything planned by area managers and above is ALWAYS last minute, and you get chewed out if you can't attend Every number to hit is encouraged by subtle threats at write ups

Pros

-Great work Life Balance -Incredible Benefits -Company that wants to promote and invest in their workers -Very easy to follow educational videos -Expectations and company standards are made very clear -Employee review every 6th months (and mostly comes with a small raise)

Cons

Holy moly where do even I start? If you end up on the wrong team good luck because you’ll be doing FARRRR beyond your “job description”. The more you move up in this company the more they’ll stress the hell out of you, and you can’t pretend to hide it because that stress rains down to the daily staff running each location. AMs, GMs, ACOs, ect. are even honest about it and that they are exhausted and have strict deadlines to meet. I’ve even known and worked for people who have intentionally demoted themselves due to this. Also I would say the company comes across overall as pretty racist against black ppl. It could just be my location but then again the company claims it promotes diversity and inclusivity- which to an extent is true. I have had both a gay ACO and Latina ACO and work with people from all different backgrounds, disabilities and walks of life ect. BUT you RARELYYYY and I mean IF EVER see Black people in management or higher up positions. Don’t believe me? Go ahead and Panda’s Linked In. You’ll RARELY if EVER see a black ACO or RCO…
