everyone will have their comments but you control your path---simple as that, its sales and its hard but the company has been around for 35yrs and the industry has a huge market cap and isnt going anywhere---managers will help you as much as possible and truly care

bit longer conversion and am getting frustrated but am trusting the process and am still leading the pack

The training program is by far the best from what I have seen at other logistics companies, you are able to start earning day one and there is NO DRAW! So many other logistics spots can shock you with a draw and PLS doesn't do that. Love to see it. Managers are constantly on the floor working with team, not sitting in a back office.

If you don't like to cold call this might not be the job for you! But calling and building your book of business is essential to making big money!
