      Pros

      Make like $1500 per check. Not taxed or deducted because of no insurance for the first 3 months.

      Cons

      -$250 parking to go to work. ( they don’t even tell you, and I had to start paying it in the first day I got there) -no insurance for 90 days - they lie and basically are fraudulent in what they offer you, welcome to sales ig? - get fired within the first 1-3 months if you don’t meet margins and no warning or anything. NO STABILITY - they treat you like you are nothing and make it very obvious they only care about money and nothing else.

      Pros

      The training program is by far the best from what I have seen at other logistics companies, you are able to start earning day one and there is NO DRAW! So many other logistics spots can shock you with a draw and PLS doesn't do that. Love to see it. Managers are constantly on the floor working with team, not sitting in a back office.

      Cons

      If you don't like to cold call this might not be the job for you! But calling and building your book of business is essential to making big money!
