Pros

PTO, sick, and personal time off

Cons

The benefits are the worse I've seen and heard from my experience and my peers. Examples: -Employer only does their 401K match once per year which means as an employee you are losing a year of each paycheck's investment AND if you leave before the once-a-year payout date, you do not get your employer match -401K employer max match decreases the more money you make and there's a cap that is a dollar amount vs a percentage so if you are a highly compensated person, you will receive minimal match - my employer match equates to less than 2% for perspective. -Health insurance - EXREMELY expense and yet terrible coverage. -Pay is horrible compared to other organizations so if they are going to provide expensive, ineffective benefits, at least pay well. -Salary cap (very low) where employee does not receive a 401K employer match - per SEC filing

Pros

Exposure to high-profile client deals. Operate in strategic marketing leadership. Directly impact multiple regional outcomes. Teams deliver under intense pressure. Experience across cross-functional high-visibility initiatives.

Cons

Roles, responsibilities, and reporting often unclear. Title changes and regional oversight shifts unexplained. Limited access to market leadership and guidance. Escalation paths for issues are inconsistent. Operations influence sometimes overrides marketing priorities. Resource allocation does not always match workload. Unprofessional behavior occasionally goes unaddressed. Team contributions sometimes publicly dismissed or undermined. Communication regarding organizational changes lacks transparency.
