Good working atmosphere in workshop with other techs. Friendly intermediate level management. The roof was fixed (eventually). Wide range of vehicles to work on kept it interesting.

Tatty workshop (like that of a scruffy backstreet garage) substandard toilets (paddling isn't fun or hygienic), poor communication between higher level management and 'intermediate level' management/staff. Unable to do any minor jobs to own vehicle inside the workshop due to 'rules', lack of trust. No potential to earn overtime, ever reducing bonus giving no encouragement to push for it as after tax it's quite low. Also moving technicians from one site to another when they wanted so felt unsettled and concerned as to when you were going to get shipped off next!

Nice, easy and relaxed sales process Large site free coffee/tea/hot chocolate - and its decent for a machine made hot drink! semi-equipped eating area/canteen for both service and sales. regular visits from senior management and true involvement with day to day business.

Employee structure lacks precision - i.e. some employees on the same level do more than others. Not enough time away from business to recooperate (one day off per week). No company vehicle. Holiday 'bonus scheme' pay does not match that days available. £17.50 per month, every month for uniform No where for staff to park on site Poor customer/child facilities - nothing for children to do whilst on site and no baby changing unit.
