Pros

-Working in a company that is 100% employee owned is a huge positive discriminator. It creates a unique culture that can’t be replicated. -Great benefits! 6% 401k, ESOP stock, significant bonuses, 20 days PTO, very affordable (and very good) health insurance. -Lots of promotion opportunities and professional development. MTSI promotes from within often and truly invests in their people (they encourage and will pay for classes, certifications, etc, as well as tuition reimbursement).

Cons

We are growing from a smaller company to a larger company, so there are some growing pains that come with that. Mainly infrastructure, but they’re working to improve in that area. -Being that the main line of work is providing technical/engineering services across DOD, and that we are growing from a smaller company to a mid size company, sometimes we are limited in opportunities just based on where we have contracts vehicles, what types of contracts they are, etc.
