Great company but has it's growing pains - Operations Analyst MTSI Employee Review

Need to stop being so scared of getting rid of those in middle management positions causing friction. HR doesn't usually assist with employee relations issues no matter how many times you bring them up. They are more okay with great people leaving than addressing the most obvious issues within some teams.
