Pros

Supportive team environment with clear expectations and training. Flexible seasonal schedule, organized workflows, and all equipment provided. Great opportunity to gain hands-on photography experience, work with people, and improve customer service and time management skills. Management is helpful and communication is clear during busy seasons.

Cons

Seasonal role, so hours can vary depending on school schedules and time of year.

Autonomy Management is solid Base pay is decent Name recognition Loyal to its employees, there are many with a very long tenure

Cons

End product seems just ok, sometimes not very good Leans too much into name recognition, where it sometimes has a bad reputation Expectations can sometimes be poorly communicated There’s a bit of a territorial mindset with sales reps sometimes Not a ton of space for career growth, besides management Company has shrunk in size, so there is a feeling that many have too many responsibilities spread out
