Pros

1) Free Food/Drinks 2) Free gym membership 3) You'll gain the knowledge on how to run your own business without actually running your own since its owned by Lifetime. that being said, use the knowledge that you gained and become successful elsewhere, it'll take years for you to move up.

Cons

1) No work/life balance 2) Unrealistic sales expectations 3) lowered employee discount from 30% to 15% 4) Looking just to take the members money. 5) Revenue is dept based... so a billion dollar company acts like they don't have enough for payroll so you'll get screwed over covering shifts instead of hiring 1 more person. 6) Too cheap to promote, I didn't even get a raise for my anniversary, and my old facility would rather pay someone on a depts salary than General Managers salary, but give GM responsibility, and unfortunately the fool took the position.

The Gym membership is free.

Cons

Inconsistent and often weak clientele, leading to unstable income Client base tended to be price-sensitive, limiting earning potential Compensation structure and pay match rate were not competitive Overall pay was below industry standards Requesting raises was difficult and rarely successful Management was overly involved and frequently micromanaged daily work Workplace environment felt intrusive at times due to lack of autonomy Business volume was slow, resulting in limited booking opportunities
