Pros
A couple of trainers were good. They gave excellent support to me when I struggled at the client's place. I don't know if they are still there. But yes this is a great place to begin your 1st job as a contractor
Cons
Fraudulent!
Apparently they charge visa fees from the fresh international graduates, when the USCIS rules prohibit companies to do so. Every beginner is coached to lie about his experience. When. I was there, very few people took their own interviews. The owner of the company, the trainers and one other person took interviews to enable the fresher get the job. They used voice modulators to sound like women when they proxies for women.
Every labor law seems to be broken here.
I was treated with respect when managed to crack an interview on my own.
Cheating is a norm here.
The owner insisted he kept 40% my earnings. So even though my billing rate was high I got a fraction of it that barely let me survive in the west coast. And he did not even had to pay for my visa.
Nepotism: Most of the employees are from his family or community.
Strong regional feelings
Guest house is overcrowded. Squalor everywhere
