      Pros

      Co-workers are great, good support & training. Work is easy.

      Cons

      Lack of communication with management. No support, no raises or recognition. Large turn over, toxic management, toxic behavior from a manager was rewarded. No HR support.

      Pros

      The nature of the work was interesting/engaging. Most people were friendly. Free bottled water/soda/coffee. Shop area was very clean.

      Cons

      They had some kind of lean manufacturing/just in time manufacturing program so it seems they only ordered supplies when they ran out. Often times I could not find basic things such as zip ties or latex gloves. Such common items should be kept in stock.
