Location, good pay, some great people. Nice facility. Good work life balance. Can’t think of much else to say really
Cons
A new strategy every year, no consistency of purpose Managers are promoted and not taught how to actually be effective leaders No transparency Constant nose to the grindstone mentality, year over year So much downsizing most people are doing multiple jobs Poor systems and data Management rewards firefighters. They care more about what you did today with little focus on the bigger picture No one gets fired. There is no penalty for being a low performer
