Pros

- POTENTIAL to make lots of money - Good culture (at least at my office) - Great training

Cons

- low base salary ($38k first year, ~$43k after promotion) - Difficult to sell. My market is smaller. We had a handle full of large companies that already had Account Managers assigned to them. Those Account Managers are very successful ($300k/yr at 25 yrs old). However, if you don’t have those accounts, good luck. You’ll be fighting over scraps.

Pros

- Interview / Placement was very well vetted. I was able to get through the interviews well as it aligned well with my experience.

Cons

- Onboarding is terrible. Basics like hour submissions are not communicated timely. - There is 0 career development oppurtunities with InsightGlobal. - They do not help place contractors again after contract wrap up. 0 effort. - No days off. I got sick days only because of New York's laws. - They will try to lowball during offer even after agreeing on a rate early. This one really irked me - I told them I wont be able to join if they cannot keep their word. They adjust quickly. - I was told this will be a 6 month contract. Upon joining, I realized from our HR portal it was only 3 months. I let them know this should be corrected. They never corrected and had me in a constant loop about it until a few days left in the 3 month. I felt they were being dishonest with the terms in the beginning and were unsure if the client would actually be extending for 6 months. - Healthcare coverage is literally as expensive as paying out of pocket.
