      Pros

      They are really reasonable about the scheduling. Always work around school schedule. One or two really great managers (while they last). Best paying Hamburger joint. Good benefits.

      Cons

      No seniority- People just starting will pass you up soon enough. No job security- you will get fired for one little thing and it doesn't matter how long you have been loyal with the company (and NO I didnt get fired). This company used to be great to work for but with the Rapid expansion its undergoing under Lindsay Snyder, Leadership and Management Quality is Deteriorating.

      The pay for a high schooler was stellar and worked to accommodate your schedule.

      Cons

      When times became busy, it would be easy for management to keep you for extra time.

      - Competitive Pay - Good Core Values - Can take pride in the company you work for, service, and food you are providing - Many opportunities for growth --> You could stay at with In-N-Out for your entire career and not necessarily stay in the stores - Celebrate employees

      Cons

      - Insanely fast paced --> which increases stress levels and effects associate morale - Stressful - Kept longer than scheduled on a regular basis
