- Sect like atmosphere and it can get close to brainwashing. It can get very toxic if you get sucked in - no progress for some domains - the group leaders are full of themselves and can get quite cutthroat - the group leaders tend to have their favourites. Those people than end up being promoted even if they don’t fully show the necessary requirements for the promotion - eg they are rude with an awful attitude and no one wants to work with them) - sometimes the group leaders prefer to bury their head in sand rather than face less comfortable discussions - somewhat of a cancel culture - you can get on a black list without even knowing how and why. Also people get pigeon holed ( skills and personality based) - questionable HR (think employee performance review without providing and supporting facts or giving a wrong person access to confidential information) - no interest to listen to your experience If you are a naive person, always excited by what the senior leadership says or do and you are not able to see through the BS, you will totally strive there.
