      The people you will work with on a daily basis are some of the most awesome and passionate people you'll ever find

      Cons

      The people you will work FOR are the exact opposite, and seem intent on wiping out the fun, culture and passion that's such a part of of the company's makeup in favor of a 'profits above all else' attitude that is quickly driving all the good people away.

      Self-fulfillment if running a lessons program is apart of your end-goal

      Cons

      Pay rate doesn't match what they're asking for the role. You essentially need to run the entire program on your own until you hit a goal post that keeps moving.
