Entitlement flows in this place like Niagara Falls. Never seen a company so inefficient. You are looked down upon for speaking English. The Credit Manager is beyond clueless and should be managing a clothing store at a mall instead. Places like Robert Half and other staffing agencies won't do business with them due to their bad reputation. Another thing I'll add is that if you never been to the Bronx (Fordham Rd and Jerome Ave) then you will get the Bronx experience here that's for sure.
