Pros

The compensation is relatively competitive. It's nice when you get a profit sharing check.

Cons

This is a corporation, so you're not going to change the dry company culture - it is what it is. It's a company where servile, logic-driven, corporate personalities thrive. I don't recommend it if you're an emotionally intelligent person or someone who tends to speak truth to power. I've watched many GEICO employees, who are morally and intellectually bankrupt people, ascend to managerial roles all because when someone asks them to jump, they know to say "Yes sir, how high?" If that's the type of job you want, go for it. If that's the only type of job you can get right now, I get it and I'm sorry for what's about to happen to you. If you're able to avoid working here, please do. Your mental health will thank you later.
