Pros
Salary is okay if you are paid all de “extras” you can get monthly depending on your working level
Cons
Bad bad baaad organisation… the training it’s NOT PAID, expect like 2/3 hrs during 7 days. You’ll have to take care of everything in your school. Administrative, didactics, sales and commercial, interviews, controlling and pushing the teachers to do more… it was horrible. I am still not sure what we’re we offering our students, prices constantly changing, not clear procedures… even though you are the one in charge of everything, you still need to ask many things to your supervisor and expect him not to be free to answer quickly. Of course the bosses are all men…………… the main thing it’s to sell sell sell, that’s all that matters…. And then making sure you push the teachers to do a lot of extra tasks at home (checking exams, preparing classes, checking homework). And, if a teacher is sick, you are the one teaching the classes + your normal tasks. I have to say that the other directors helped me a lot while I was working there. The teachers are usually very nice and it’s good to have some there with a good vibe when you feel stressed AF.
