Pros
In my experience, the senior management truly cares about people, from employees to clients to partners. Your personal and professional growth is just as important to the leadership as company performance (probably because they realize that stagnant employees will lead to stagnant results). Employees are allowed and encouraged to take initiative in finding creative ways to solve problems. The company is very forward-thinking in its approach to how and where work gets done, which allows for individual flexibility when needed. It seems like there is a lot of potential for continued growth of the company and a ton of room for individual growth within the company for those who are willing to take on responsibility and accountability. The Minneapolis office is a very nice place to work and feels more like a coworking space than a corporate office, in a good way.
Cons
The company has a few offices and some distributed employees, so depending on where and in which function you're working, it can be difficult or take a while to feel a personal connection to teammates. Because the two main offices are located in vastly different timezones, you might find yourself working outside of the traditional 9-5 workday, and sometimes there is a communication delay due to the two offices' different working hours.
