Pros

- Well-known brand with strong market presence - Smart, capable individual contributors at many levels - Decent pay and benefits compared to some industries - Fast-paced environment for those who thrive under constant pressure

Cons

- Chronic understaffing paired with continuously increasing expectations - Workload issues are framed as individual performance problems rather than structural ones - Leadership prioritizes metrics, SLAs, and optics over sustainable operations - Repeated “temporary” workload increases that become permanent - Little meaningful advocacy for teams once targets are set - Burnout is normalized and implicitly expected The culture often feels extractive. The business relies on pushing existing employees harder instead of investing in adequate staffing or long-term solutions. When people inevitably burn out, the response is not reflection or course correction, but further pressure on those who remain. Despite messaging around engagement and well-being, employees are regularly asked to “lean in” indefinitely, with no realistic end in sight. Over time, this takes a real toll on morale, health, and retention.

Pros

flexible schedule, i enjoy driving, best thing is how you can take a road trip to just about anywhere and are able to dash in any location you choose at any point in which you choose without the hassle of management and without the wait of it needing to be approved no one to tell you where to be and when to be or no you can’t be

Cons

how the company and the app handles/responds to driver complaints/concerns or even unfair situations. worst of all some of the ridiculous out of one’s control situations example I cannot control whether living in Minnesota if you drive during a blizzard, it doesn’t matter your orders get marked late and when you called, they do nothing about it and then your stats go way down because you chose to drive during the blizzard out of my control, treated very unfairly in those circumstances
