Good pay, good upper management

nothing that I can think of

Decent food, good people to work with.

Management doesn’t follow through with anything. Hours are dwindling because the West End location doesn’t make enough money to cover everyone’s necessary hours. Upper management keeps hiring out of the company for higher positions making it impossible to move up even though they keep promising they will move you up if you just do one more thing after another.
