Free food was kinda nice.

Cons

Job changed so many times and there was no transparency around new role or expectations of job. No upward mobility. No work/life balance Constantly firing everyone In my ~2 years I saw 11 C-suite employees come and go

Decent food, good people to work with.

Cons

Management doesn’t follow through with anything. Hours are dwindling because the West End location doesn’t make enough money to cover everyone’s necessary hours. Upper management keeps hiring out of the company for higher positions making it impossible to move up even though they keep promising they will move you up if you just do one more thing after another.
