Pros

Great mission, lots of new things to learn, room for growth, ability to work directly with teams across the org, and really interesting technology. Salary is very competitive.

Cons

Manager turnover is so high that TPMs end up as the de facto management for teams. Multiple departments have 75% manager turnover in 1 year. Upper management over TPM and Product Management is dismissive and makes everyone in the org's job harder.

Pros

Food was pretty good, and so were the free rides

Cons

I felt like I wasn't any part of the "team" culture. People were hired to the team to work on something critical and were promoted quickly to management roles while not doing any IC rwork
