Pros
There really are not many, you get a pay check and it is on time. If you need an interim job till a better one comes along this might be a fit
Cons
This is a dead company and division in a dead or dying BPO industry. Organization is cut to the bone, no understanding of sales and horrible leadership. Organization won't pay expenses and pay and benefits are low. Company spun off Xerox and exactly the type of company you expect from a dead brand. Healthcare Division full of unethical, unscrupulous people.
