Your pay is your pay. I've been with the company 7+ years. My temporary manager gave me the lowest pay while hiring on 2 of his buddies make 26k more than me a year. My current manager is amazing but it's been an uphill battle trying to get this addressed. Make sure you get a decent pay when you start because that will remain your pay.
