good company , but if you did not completed client interview then dont join .

Cons

talent pool policy, if no project for 60 days , then HR will ask you to resign. citius tech hire me as backend developer, leter they ask me to learn react js. then after 60 days said . we dont have project . gave me 2 month salary as compensate

HR is engaged and helpful.

Cons

Nothing but a bad experience ‘working’ here. No on boarding, no introduction to the client I was supposed to be working with, despite asking many times. Got hauled into a meeting to be yelled at for not being introduced to anyone with the client, or given any information about the project. Emails go unanswered or in an endless loop of forwards. Informed of a contract termination via a comment on a service ticket by the client.. trying to work here and not being in a very specific demographic is terrible.
