Pros

This job, once trained, is pretty easy. Team leaders are always available to help. I actually really liked the work I did, but other factors led me to leave.

Cons

Disability accommodations kept getting denied without explanation, and my approved ones were never provided. The pay is pretty low. I made $21/hr when hired. They only give a 3% raise every year across the board, you cannot get a raise outside of the annual raise, which after 2 years, only got me to $22,41/hr meanwhile the cost of living increased greater than 3%. There is little room for growth here. They revoked work from home abilities, even though most NACs are servicing regions outside of their sitting locations, meaning there are no in-office responsibilities, it can all be done remotely. The sales team is extremely rude and nothing is really done about it, they are constantly talking down to NACs and anyone. The sales team gets bonuses and go-karting excursions but NACs, who check their accounts and do all the work for them, get nothing, maybe a coupon for DoorDash for end of year. It is embarrassing to do all the work for sales reps who make 2-4x as much and get nothing in return. The Branford office was not only cliquey, but harassment became common. The location itself is pretty gross, there are not enough bathrooms for all the employees, and are seldom cleaned. Maybe other locations are different, but Branford is a 0/10 when it comes to culture, cleanliness, and support.
