Chipotle is a way of life not just a job. In 6 months i have learned from many people and continue to learn and better myself. I would never take this work experience back I feel like its helped me better myself as a person as well as my work ethic
Cons
Really everything has its cons but all in all Chipotle has been a rather great experience no matter how stressed it makes me sometimes I always look forward to working with my team again the next day.

Thanks for your review! We appreciate all your hard work and feedback.
Company generally takes decent care of employees and maintains a healthy work environment with a strict sick policy. 401k health and dental insurance also available for part-time in full-time employees. Very fast paced at my store, being in a college town so my day goes by pretty fast for the most part. As long as morale is good with the team then pretty much, as long as you're training is fully understood it's a fun place to work.
Cons
Once again. Very fast paced. And this is a company-wide standard no matter the total daily profits. Guests are to be greeted and at the door with their correct order and in and out in less than 5 minutes no matter how busy or how many staffed. This means for some people that enjoy a little down time at work this is probably not the job for you. Also for new hires there's no pay differential for any added experience you come in with. Everyone starts at the base pay which actually is pretty good company-wide compared to most fast casual dine-ins. However, all locations only promote from within so don't come in expecting a management position with a high rate of pay.
