There are a ton of early employees considered untouchable and protected. These people are incompetent with little to no experience outside this company. They are allowed to run rampart and have control of EVERY department. Many people have been let go for challenging them or trying to fix the destruction they create.
Company focuses solemnly on marketing and product design without quality, repeatability, or cost in mind. Constantly creating new products to keep the illusion going without ever addressing issues or delivering any hardware.
