- Massive company - Opportunity to make career changes in the same company - Big name on the resume - Comp package is alright. Not great, not bad, just fine

- New management pulled a 180 on remote work and is now less flexible than pre-covid. - Decisions are made at very top, and nobody actually dealing with systems/programs/products has a clue until you're told in a meeting - micromanagement from the c-suite. People with VP in their title looking dumbfounded in a meeting is now commonplace. - Instability. Teams vanished, people who have been here decades let go in a 10 pm email, positions not getting backfilled, "what would you say it is that you do here" surveys circulating, combined with new management's approach, has everyone on edge and makes collaboration impossible as people hoard their responsibilities and knowledge for job security.
