Pros
Your team members could be very supportive and helpful. Depending on the team, you could have decent growth opportunities. There are very few good managers and if you are lucky you can get to work with them.
Cons
Management has changed over the years and gets worse every time. No respect for employees at all and you can be humiliated in front of all the team members. Psychological safety is close to zero, be ready to let go off at any time without any prior warnings. HR absolutely takes no efforts to listen to the employees. No clear directions or decisions and things keep changing at very fast rate keeping employees guessing. Some of the best team members have left the company. Please stay away at all cost.
