The culture of the company was amazing and I had a lot of access to great leaders.

Sometimes you have to wait for others to move up, so that you can gain a promotion.

if you like sales and youre good at it and you have a hunger mentality youre going to do great. if youre okay being pushy and getting uncomfortable on calls, adapting and willing to do whatever it takes to get the sale.

if you cant get out of your comfort zone and push more than 1 item while on the phone or get overwhelmed about upsetting someone on the phone. If you don't like trying to overcome objections with probing questions and being pushy DO NOT APPLY THIS IS A SALES ROLE. if you are unable to make sales goals you will be dropped. This is not a call whoever you want and not hit key metrics and have fun being remote type of role. you must make 8-10 calls per hour every hour and they must be quality calls with 5+ items minimally pitched with purpose and value and intent. Multiple pushy conversations where you must keep the customer on the phone AFTER they said no to change the no to a yes. if thats not you stop wasting time applying
