Pros
-Will give lots of hours if you are a good worker
-If you ask for a certain position (front of house, drive through, kitchen, etc... you will generally get it
-After a year, they do offer benefits
-Most of the staff and managers are very sweet and good at their jobs, will stand up for their staff
Cons
-Lower pay, but still more hours than most fast food places
-Some of the lower level managers have big egos (The main manager is super nice)
-Corporate monitors the cameras to watch for people on their phones/drinking water. I understand the phones to a degree, but having a sip of water or a water bottle near you shouldn't be an issue.
-While you can progress up the ladder, there isn't an automatic system or anything like that set up.
