Pros

Cons

- lowball on pay - Delaying conversion, and promotion after the year mark, even though they promise it when hiring

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest and thoughtful feedback. Although we are disappointed to hear of your negative experiences, we are encouraged by your kind words and points of improvement. Here at Brooksource , we strive to break the stigmas associated with our industry by using a relationship-focused approach to managing our consultants. This includes providing our consultants with six recognized holidays, the hosting of culture-building events, access to medical benefits, and even the ability to participate in our 401(k) program. However, as you mentioned, we still need to be better at sharing the testimonials and success stories of our consultants on our social media. We appreciate your insights and will use them to better target our consultant experience efforts moving forward. If you have any additional feedback or suggested improvements, please email us at success@eightelevengroup.com as we are always trying to better ourselves and the experiences we offer.

Pros

The company culture is phenomenal. Each day I’m pushed out of my comfort zone and have seen immense growth personally & professionally since joining the company. You also get to create your own book of business which is very empowering.

Cons

Depending on the client, sometimes the sales lifecycle can take longer than expected.

Pros

It was a paycheck and it was weekly pay.

Cons

Recruiter purposefully used inconsistent or vague language. Example: "We will pay for a Net+ or Security+ certification. Reality: They will reimburse you for it if you pass and it's still not a guarantee. Told the position was CTH. It is not, it is long term contract. Subpar benefits, even for a contract. Left me feeling like all I was is a resource to them.

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. We believe in building relationship-focused connections with our consultants, so we want to provide benefits to emphasize the approach. To focus on your needs, we recognize six paid holidays each year and offer eligibility to participate in our 401k plan after a year of employment (1,000 hours). We hope you consider consulting with us on another engagement!
