      Amazing company and team to join! Since first interview, they were all welcoming and very excited to add me to their staff. Ben on Onboarding is doing an amazing job to help every single new hire to get into the company fast and without any hiccups. Making sure everything is on time and in a perfect way.

      Pros

      Great culture with a ton of positivity. I'm fairly new, but everyone I've spoken to has been understanding and supportive, and has emphasized that this is how I'm expected to treat others. The commission package is also quite impressive, and allows for numerous opportunities to make above and beyond base pay.

      Cons

      There is a steep learning curve. Lots of curriculum and training is expected from you in addition to practical on the floor training. For me, that's great, and I love the support. But if you're looking for a job you can do while listening to a podcast, this is not for you.
