      Great place to work for job security and great benefits as well

      Cons

      No flexibility, and it will deprive you of a good work-life balance. Also, a high deductible makes you feel if the job is really worth it.

      Great place to utilize your skills and to learn new ones. If you are a part of the right team, can really be a great place to grow.

      Cons

      Expected to work late nights to meet tight deadlines. The culture does not foster work-life balance. Burnout was real!
